About the role:
Cleanworks is currently seeking experienced school cleaners for multiple sites. Cleanworks has a number of school contracts on the northside.

We have multiple roles available both permanent full time and permanent part-time and casual positions. Mainly working outside school hours either mo
ing or afte
oon shifts. Part-time roles will be more focused on afte
oon shifts starting from 3.30pm.
Requirements:

– Minimum 2-3 years cleaning experience
– Previous experience cleaning commercial sites
– Attention to details, and take pride in your work
– Police clearance or ability to get one
– Own reliable vehicle

Medical Imaging Assistant, Holy Spirit Northside

QDI provides radiological services in numerous private hospitals: Holy Spirit Northside, Peninsula Private, North West Private and Noosa Private. The remainder of the practices are located in medical centres or as free standing sites servicing general practitioners and specialists.

We are currently looking for an Enthusiastic Medical Imaging Assistant to work at our busy Radiology clinic at Holy Spirit Northside Hospital on a full-time basis.

You will need to be committed to delivering excellent customer service to our patients, referring doctors and work colleagues and want to work as part of our motivated and close-knit team.

Specific Duties include:

– Patient record data entry
– Greeting of patients on arrival of appointment
– General patient customer service care
– Assistance with patient flow within the department
– Work in accordance with all Company policies including OH&S

You will need to:

– Be available to work on weekends
– Be able to competently use standard software packages (IRIS system)
– Demonstrate outstanding ability to deal with people face to face and over the phone
– Positive and “Can Do” Attitude
– Have an excellent phone manner
– Display a caring and compassionate attitude towards patients
– Be open and confident, show initiative and be willing to accept responsibility
– Be a clear oral communicator
– Prioritize daily tasks
– Be able to work independently and as part of a team

Site Supervisor – Volume Homes – Northside

A highly skilled project homes site supervisor is required to join a great team where hard work is rewarded.

Looking after approximately 10-15 builds at one time you will ideally have the following:

– Min. 5 years experience in a Site Supervisor role in QLD (single and double storey)
– Trade qualification or strong hands on experience

– References from previous employers

Job Role

– Liaise with the Construction Manager on design related issues – pre-construction, that may prove problematic to the
regular scheduling of site activities
– Supervision of onsite construction from post site audit initial site cut
– Oversight of all works associated with Defects Liability Period, to satisfaction of all clients
– Scheduling and coordinating works and communicating timelines with subcontractors
