Role Overview:
You will play an essential role in the Life Claims program, working alongside a high performing, inclusive and delivery focused team.
Key Tasks:
– Finalise Business Processes aligning with revised business operating model.
– Working with BAU to document Procedures according to PIC standard practices
– Assist with UAT test execution
Key Skills:
– 3+ years Business Analyst Experience
– Experience in documenting procedures
– Experience mapping business processes
– Experience coordinating UAT
– Financial services experience
