Your new role
In your new role, tasks may include candidate attraction, management of end to end recruitment processes, guidance to internal stakeholders within set legislation, planning short listing, providing advice to interview panels, management of the HR database and planning performance management reviews. Roles within this organisation will be extremely fast paced, high volume and will change on a daily basis depending on day to day happenings within the organisation.

What you’ll need to succeed
These roles will be demanding, prior experience within set timeframes will be an advantage. You must be driven and motivated to succeed, willing to go above and beyond and have excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders. To be successful in a role with this organisation you must be adaptable, capable of dealing with change and enjoy working within a team or independently as required. You will be a big picture, strategic thinker who has previously worked within set guidelines and legislation and is able to problem solve in complex environments. Demonstrated experience working in a similar role will be an advantage. A high standard of professionalism is required.

Senior Study Monitor – Animal Health Pharmaceuticals

Key Responsibilities of this role will include;

– Monitoring GCP studies to ensure compliance
– Conduct QC reviews of GLP and non-GxP studies
– Ensure compliance, with all guidelines, for conduct and monitoring of studies to meet regulatory requirements and enable use of data globally
– You may act as an Investigator and/or Study Director in studies by developing protocols and reports
– You will need to design, review and make recommended changes to scientific protocols and procedures

Skills and Experience needed;

– Bachelors Degree or equivalent in a related discipline, with broad scientific or technical knowledge

It is preferred that you have tertiary qualifications in science or similar. This job will require you to spend 40% of your time out on the road visiting customers and 60% of your time will be office based.

You will manage relationships with customers to maximise sales potential and provide accurate sales forecasts for supply and budgetary purposes. You will work with Sales and Marketing Managers to devise detailed and tailored account strategies that maximise revenue opportunities in the short and long term.
