The Best Person for the Job We are not interested in actual specific industry experience; our interest is in Account Managers with a solid account management or key account management history managing the top end big spend trade clients where the buyers/clients can be in either overalls or suits; however you need to be comfortable with working in an industrial related industry; and you need to be a highly time efficient Account Manager; who is used to running reports on their clients; providing spread-sheets and constantly updating your data base after each client interaction as the information will be of great use to you with respect to your forward planning schedules and timelines; quotes and tenders etc. if you are not used to a highly organised account management environment you will hate the job.

RESPONSIBILITY:
Working alongside the director you will be Estimating process or estimating tasks during detailed development of security systems projects. Performing high level analysis, focused on the components of the sale.
Support the technical installation process and tasks during solution design or during detailed development on large complex projects. Responsible to establish an ongoing partnership with the customer on assigned projects.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES:
1. Provides technical, process or estimating support to management during project design or proposal phase. Assists as needed in developing the customer business case for the conceptual solution.
2. Leads or supports detailed estimating of projects. Validates assumptions made during project design or proposal phase. Builds a detailed cost estimate and scope of work for assigned projects in conjunction with Operational capabilities and Sales. Assists in preparing proposals and other customer communication documents. Utilizes / develops specialized functional expertise as a project development team member.
3. Plays an active role in developing cross-functional team contribution in the development of specific components of the sale.
4. Performs detailed estimating analysis to quantify cost savings or other cost benefits. Assists in technical or financial bench-marking as needed. Leads in the development of cost baselines.
5. Performs on-site data collection at customer facilities required to perform estimating detailed development tasks.
6. Assists in presentations of proposals as required.
7. Participates in transition meetings with Operations and Sales to ensure project scope and objectives, timeline and customer requirements are properly understood.

OTHER DUTIES:
1. Uses estimating and development processes and tools in performing tasks
2. Develops and maintains relationships with suppliers and vendors as well as facility mid-level technical managers.
3. Responsible for remaining current with relevant estimating and development standards and practices
4. May provide post-contract design review support
5. May provide job cost analysis
6. Participates in relevant security industry professional organizations
7. Works to secure relevant professional certifications and licenses (e.g., Security Licence )
8. Responsible for the promotion and adherence of the employers safety policies
9. Perform other related duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelors degree in engineering or electronics or IT ??? Maybe… Electronic Security Industry EXPERIENCE in AUSTRALIA 100% Requirement
2. Three to five years experience in integrated security systems estimation.
3. Knowledge of local Access Control, Alarms CCTV & Intercom Systems with a good handle on IP and Networking systems, products associated and used in our industry
4. Experience in design build construction and electronic security systems highly preferred.
5. Possess strong analytical capabilities and ability to manage tasks associated with development of projects.
6. Fully competent in analysis and assessment of facility systems.
7. Works effectively in team settings and displays leadership.
8. Has good written and verbal communication skills and is comfortable working in customer-facing situations.
9. Solid computer skills, including an understanding of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Project.

Change Manager – Drive A 3+ Year Change Plan
